Shipping policy

All necklace & jewelry orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We ship to Continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii. P.O. boxes are supported.

Once your necklace is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with live tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier system.

Our jewelry items are small parcels. Carriers may leave packages at your doorstep without signature.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

We highly recommend you select a secure delivery address or request signature confirmation during checkout if you worry about package theft.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

If your necklace arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer package and damaged jewelry
Contact our support within 48 hours after delivery

Claims submitted later than 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Estimated delivery times are only estimations and not guaranteed.

Delays may happen due to carrier backlog, weather, holidays or customs issues. We cannot offer refunds or compensation for shipping delays.

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

All import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer.

We will not cover any customs clearance charges.

Address changes requested after order shipment cannot be guaranteed and may incur extra forwarding fees charged by the carrier.
